The "Forgot PIN" reset only works if you've already migrated your account to the new rewards system and set up a PIN.
If you've already completed migration and just forgot your PIN, continue to the reset page to set a new one.
Reset my PINIf you're coming from the old AE Player App and haven't migrated yet, don't use the reset link. Instead, go back to the sign-in page and enter your mobile number with the password you used in the old AE Player App. We'll walk you through migrating and setting a new PIN.
Don't remember your old password? On the sign-in screen, enter your mobile number, then choose "Email me a sign-in link" on the next page and we'll text and email you a one-time link.
